Lincoln Investment makes it easy for your payroll department to submit contributions.

If we have a vendor agreement with you (also called an "adoption agreement" or a "joiner agreement"), you can send all payroll contributions to us for processing.

You can count on:

• Error-free computer processing of contributions using electronic transfers
• Investment contributions processed and sent to the investment companies on the same day they are received
• Disbursements to multiple investment choices through a single check
• Use of allocation instructions via spreadsheet
• Custom reports for both the employer and the employee

We own and operate an IBM AS/400 computer system that uses proprietary software to process employee and employer contributions on a daily basis. Our latest processing system — Lincoln Investor Oriented System, or LIONS — allows us to design custom reports at the employee or employer level.

Contributions received in good order at our corporate office by 11 a.m. are applied to the client's investment company choice that same day. Employers can submit contribution information via email, wire or magnetic tape. These methods facilitate the processing of contributions and reduce the potential for error. Our internal controls verify the dollars received and dollars invested, balanced to the penny every day.
